Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We stand behind everything we sell at DigiKoala. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll fix it, simple as that.

Returns

Returns are accepted if your item arrives damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at info@digikoala.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm the fault, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or PayPal.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged we are happy to send a replacement instead of a refund. Just let us know your preference when you contact us.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
